API for various mods

Ages API is support mod that provide functionality for another mods.

For now, there is available:

Generic fluid pipe handler, whole network behaves as one fluid storage, increased by each member by set value
Kinetic energy capability - provides kinetic energy support
Kinetic energy handler - handles network for kinetic energy, energy can be transfered only in one direction, horizontaly
