Howdy there, welp I got side-tracked again. Funny story, I stepped away for a week and when I came back I had broken something in the code and got frustrated, then got distracted for weeks. That being said, here's the deal with this version and what will be coming in the future.

 

Added/Changed/Fixed:

     - Added back Crops, those seem important eh?

     - Added Recipes...lots of them (a few items wont have recipes until some other stuff is written)

     - More tools

     - Tools take damage

     - Soups

     - Smelting recipes

     - Blocks will drop their item now (thats a bonus I suppose)

     - Changed a lot of recipes to shapeless that should have been that way on 1.12

 

For the next update (a couple days from now): 

     - OreGen (to add salt and baking soda back in) 

     - Add recipes that require salt

     - Structure Gen? (May not be a priority)

     - Config

 

Long Term (possibly weeks from now):

     - Remove and replace a bunch of recipes that I added this go around

     - Actual jars instead of 2-D items

     - Make some of the textures a bit more high-effort

 

Long Long Term (this is getting complicated):

     - Put Entities back in

     - Add lore book

     - New Dimensions to get access to the main bosses

     - Magic system piggy-packing off the forge energy system

 

One final note, I will be taking some of the suggestions given to me in comments about certain things (prepare for lots of commas). Namely, soup pots will be heated over a fire of some kind or a custom oven/stove, breads (buns, rolls etc) will be put into custom bread oven (brick oven?), dough will be placed into a pan of sorts then right-clicked with yeast (or similar) then will be left there to rise before they can be baked, meats and veggies will need to be prepared on a custom workbench/cutting board or something. That's all i can think of off the top but the point is I have a lot of plans to make this mod much more refined and show the care and passion I have for completing it as best I can, thank you.
