The Aether: Redux v1.3.1

Update 1.3.1 has been released! This update contains a bunch of bugfixes, along with a new optional cloud layer generation!

NOTE FOR DEVS OF OTHER ADDONS THAT HAVE COMPAT FEATURES: This update changes the package name from net.zepalesque.aether to net.zepalesque.redux, so make sure you fix any imports or other things that could've been affected!

CHANGELOG: - Added a new built-in datapack, you can now enable a Perlin (Simplex) Noise based cloudbed in the Aether! - Fixed mixin crash when Sinytra Connector is installed - Fixed Fieldsprout Tree crash - Updated some more textures - Renamed Frostbuds to Daggerblooms, and changed their textures - Spirolyctil now has a color more like the previous texture - Blightshade also has a color more like the previous one - Renamed and reworked Vitrium Sand, it is now a holystone gravel sort of block called Holysilt which will not be affected by gravity when placed, but will fall when walked upon - Fixed emissive item models not glowing on 1.19.2 - Fixed a few swapped textures - Fixed Glowbuds still existing and not being renamed to Luxbuds on 1.19.2
