Description
Take the contract. Load the crate. Delivery it there. Get paid, or get robbed.
Aeronautics Couriers turns your Create Aeronautics ship into a job. Pick an order on your tablet, carry a real physics container by air, land or water and drop it in the zone before the deadline. Villages post work even in singleplayer.
Highlights
- Cargo with real weight. Containers are Sable physics objects, and their mass grows with every item inside. A full XL crate will test your engines.
- A live order board. You see the cargo, weight, reward, deposit and deadline before you commit. The pickup point stays secret until you accept, even from pirates.
- Work in every village. New villages get post stations with cork boards of orders, and good service earns reputation, bigger pay and rare cargo.
- Five ranks, worn on your shoulders. Go from Trainee to Ace, unlock bigger containers and longer routes, and show your rank as epaulettes.
- Real risk. You pay a deposit up front. Arrive late and you get half the reward. On piracy servers, anyone can crack your container open.
- Players hire players. Slap a Transport Waybill on any chest and it becomes an order on every courier's board.
How a delivery works
- Get a license. The trainee license is free from the Profile tab of the Order Tablet (
J). An optional tutorial walks you through your first run. - Pick an order. Filter and sort the board by size, reward, distance, deadline or deposit. Locked orders above your rank stay visible, so you can see what you're working towards.
- Pay the deposit and follow the yellow beam to the pickup.
- Load the container onto your ship or vehicle. Tow it, carry it or build it in, just make sure your vehicle can take the weight.
- Follow the blue beam, set the container down inside the zone and let it settle. You get money and XP.
Cargo that weighs something

| Size | Shape | Slots | Max weight | Rank |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 1 block | 9 | 256 | I |
| M | 1×1×2 | 18 | 768 | II |
| L | 2×2×2 | 27 | 2048 | III |
| XL | 2×2×3 | 45 | 4096 | IV |
- Village cargo. Every village makes what its neighbours need. A desert village ships sand, glass and gold, and orders wheat, logs, coal and andesite alloy.
- Valuable cargo. Gold ingots and Create golden sheets pay extra and need an M or L container.
- Rare cargo. Unlocked by station reputation, it ranges from seeds up to Mending, Fortune and Silk Touch books.
- Player cargo. Whatever another player packed.
Builders also get decorative containers in all four sizes, which are unbreakable and explosion-proof.
From Trainee to Ace

Every delivery pays XP, and longer routes and heavier cargo pay more.
| Rank | XP | Max deposit | Container | Route | Active jobs |

Villages never run out of work

Every newly generated vanilla village (plains, desert, savanna, snowy, taiga) gets a post station with a cork board of orders tagged EXPENSIVE and RARE. Walk up to a station with a license to add it to your atlas. You need two discovered stations to start village runs.
- Reputation: +1 per delivery and −3 per failure. At 10 / 25 / 50 you earn +10 / +20 / +30% pay, bigger containers and rarer cargo.
- Easy start: your first three village contracts need no deposit.
Risk has has a price
- Deposit. You pay it when you accept. Fail a player order and the customer gets the reward back plus your deposit. Fail a village order and the cargo is destroyed, the deposit burns and the station remembers.
- Piracy (server rule). When it's on, anyone can break or blow up a container: the order fails and part of the cargo drops for the pirates. When it's off, containers are indestructible.
- Hard to cheat. Cargo lives in server-side storage, out of reach of hoppers and pipes.
Post your own orders

Right-click a chest, barrel or other storage block with a Transport Waybill. Set the destination, reward, deposit and deadline, then publish. The container becomes cargo on every courier's board. You don't need a license or a tablet. The posting fee starts at 5% of the reward and rises for bigger containers.

Good to know
- Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.235+. Install the same mod version on client and server.
- Beta: rewards, deposits and the XP curve are a first pass. Back up your world before updating from earlier test builds.
- Stations appear only in villages generated after installing the mod. On older worlds, admins can place them by hand.
Order Tablet in detail
- Orders: shows the destination, distance, size, cargo list, weight, reward, deposit, time left and required rank. A pink ◆ marks rare cargo and a gold ◆ marks expensive orders. Click a nickname to see the customer's profile (orders posted, average price, weight and container). Filters are remembered.
- Accept window: shows the deposit, your balance afterwards and the risk if you fail.
- Mine: current orders and history, filtered by status and by role.
- Tasks: active orders and your next rank goal, mirrored on a HUD panel.
- Profile: rank, XP and what the next rank unlocks, plus deliveries, failures, success rate and average reward and distance.
- Mail: returned cargo, payments and warnings.
- You can wear the tablet in a Curios slot or hold it.
Delivery rules and weights
- Delivery succeeds when the container is still, inside the zone, and the courier who accepted the order is nearby.
- You get deadline warnings at 5, 2 and 1 minutes. The grace window lasts ¼ of the term by default and pays half.
- Default item weights: blocks 1, tools and armor 0.5, ingots and gems 0.11 (≈ 1/9 of a block), buckets 1, everything else 0.05. A container is full at its weight limit even if slots are free.
- Shulker boxes and bundles can't be packed inside cargo.
- You can't accept your own orders (default).
For server admins
- Deposit profile: Peaceful (no deposit), Easy / Normal / Hard (25 / 50 / 75% of cargo value, never below the reward) or Custom (the customer decides).
- Piracy is switched by
piracy.enabled. XP thresholds are configurable, and the other rank limits are fixed. - Datapacks: item values, weights and village cargo tables can be edited and reloaded.
- Admin panel on the tablet covers live orders, ranks, economy and settings, plus a per-world log of every money movement.
pause_on_logout_singleplayerandcargo_mass_scaleexist but have no effect yet.- Tested with Create Aeronautics 1.3.0 and Sable 2.0.6.
Roadmap
- 0.4.0: cross-dimension deliveries (rank IV+), with optional AeroPortals integration.
- 0.5.0: new order types: urgent, fragile and perishable.
- Later: village levels, villager postmen, chained orders and convoys, Xaero via-waypoints and claim-protection bridges.
