Fixed compressed sifting recipes with minetweaker installed.

Added a configurable list of compressed blocks that are already added by other mods to avoid duplicate recipes.

Added more compressed blocks such as water bottles and lava buckets.

 

Once again, it's recommended you let the mod generate a new config.
