ADCustom Cinematic Teleport 0.3.1
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
ADCustom Cinematic Teleport: 0.2.4 → 0.3.1
0.3.1
- Enable cinematic takeovers by default for
/spawn,/tp,/rtp,/tpa,/tphere,/tpaccept,/skyblock homeand/homeon fresh configurations./tpshares its toggle with/teleport. - Keep all other command groups off by default, including other
/skyblockactions. Commands must still be provided by Minecraft or an installed mod, and teleport requests keep their normal acceptance process. - Preserve existing saved selections, including commands operators have switched off. The defaults apply when
server.jsondoes not yet exist. - Update the command browser footer to explain that selected teleport commands default to ON.
0.3.0
- Add an operator-only server teleport configuration window through
/cinematicteleport config, with individual cinematic takeover toggles for registered command groups. All takeovers initially default to OFF in this version. - Add command and mod-name search, pagination, refresh controls, a teleport-candidate filter and an All commands view for commands with unusual names. Candidate detection uses command names and observed teleports, so it does not guarantee that every listed command teleports.
- Group redirect aliases under a shared toggle, including vanilla
/tpand/teleport. Allow individual nested command groups to have separate selections. - Add cinematic takeovers for selected commands using supported player teleport methods, including vanilla position, player-target and cross-dimension teleports. Selected teleports invoked through
/execute ... runretain their own setting. Non-player entities keep their normal behaviour. - Preserve the original command's permissions, target selection, checks and bookkeeping. Run its handler once and defer supported player movement until the cinematic transfer point, retaining destination-facing behaviour.
- Add optional support for FTB Essentials' resolved-position teleport warmups, retaining its warmup, cooldown, history and movement cancellation. Other teleport systems that defer movement outside command execution need their own integration. Portals, respawns, cross-server transfers and arbitrary direct position changes are outside these takeovers.
- Allow intercepted destinations up to 0.2 blocks above their support, accommodating FTB Essentials' landing offset. Keep the existing cinematic travel command's stricter destination check unchanged.
- Fall back to the original teleport when a cinematic cannot start. Once a cinematic begins, the existing movement, damage, disconnect and unsafe-destination cancellation rules apply. Cancellation does not refund another mod's costs or undo its cooldown or history entries.
- Save server takeover selections and observed commands in
config/ADCustom/ADCustom_CinematicTeleport/server.json. Apply toggle changes immediately and preserve selections across restarts. Preserve unreadable or unsupported configuration files instead of resetting them. - Separate operator server controls from personal visual settings. Add
/cinematicteleport config serverand/cinematicteleport config client. Non-operators opening/cinematicteleport configreceive only their personal visual settings. - Check operator permission for every server configuration read and save, including requests from an already-open window. Reject stale saves and unknown command keys, and keep server configuration values unavailable to non-operators.
- Preserve existing integration APIs and add
TeleportService.beginInterceptedandTeleportService.afterInterceptedTransferfor intercepted journeys and post-transfer actions. Keep Wings optional and retain the existing animation timings and personal visual preferences.
