Achievement Books

• Fixed crash on opening the book in b69
• Fixed a weird crash and restructured source loading

Core functionality has moved out to a core module for easier porting to other versions. From this point on, every change will be reflected in every version supported, not just the main minecraft version.

• Added partial support for 1.10.2. It's still in beta, please be gentle
• Added 16 colours to the book
• Added the importer, so you can easily migrate from Simple Achievements
• Added itemName to the config files. If you've started using the mod before this update, please refer to the manual.

The very first release of Achievement Books. This is still an early version, so expect limited capabilities and design.

It actually does what it is intended to do, so feel free to refer to the project page on how to use it. Also, feedback, issues, pull requests are all appreciated. Let me know what you would want to see in this mod.
