- Added Interact event and block task combo - "location_type": "BLOCK" in block allows to place block where player clicked

- Added achievement "achievement": "ANY" - will trigger tasks for every achievement player gets (not specific)

- Changed JoinWorld trigger to allow detecting items spawning in world "target": "minecraft:stick:0" will go off for dropping stick by player, hoppers etc

- Fixed condition checking for sound task
