MOD is a compiled modification, plugin, or piece of software that interacts with the Minecraft client to expand, add, modify, or remove original features.

USER is the end user of the MOD, the person who installs or downloads the MOD.
CURSEFORGE is the main MOD publishing site (https://www.curseforge.com/)

OWNER - author of MOD, Vivern or VivernBar. To be precise: VivernBar on CURSEFORGE, VivernBar on YouTube, VivernBar on Discord.

 

1. LIABILITY
THIS MOD IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITH NO WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. THE OWNER OF THIS MOD TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED FROM THE USE OF THIS MOD. THIS MOD ALTERS FUNDAMENTAL PARTS OF THE MINECRAFT GAME, PARTS OF MINECRAFT MAY NOT WORK WITH THIS MOD INSTALLED. ALL DAMAGES CAUSED FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS MOD FALL ON THE USER.
The MOD is not an official MOJANG product or service and is not approved by or associated with MOJANG or Microsoft.

2. USAGE
The USER can use this MOD, share it, publish it, leave download links, create modpacks (modified versions of Minecraft) and share them. However, in the case of downloading a MOD somewhere outside of CURSEFORGE, the OWNER does not guarantee that the USER will receive the original, serviceable, safe or generally related to the original MOD version of the mod.

3. REDISTRIBUTION
This mod can be distributed on any sites that do not contradict MOJANG policy regarding sites hosting Minecraft-related content

4. IT IS FORBIDDEN
Create and distribute versions of the MOD with removed links, or removed mentions of the original author (OWNER), or removed license files is forbidden. Cut any content from the MOD and publish it as your own is forbidden

5. DERIVATIVE WORKS/MODIFICATIONS
This mod is provided for free and can be decompiled and modified for private use or for personal education. Prior permission from the OWNER is required for the public distribution of modified versions of this MOD or its code.

6. MONEY
The USER can receive indirect profits from using this MOD, such as: playing with the MOD on YouTube or other video hosting and receiving money from advertising on the video, receiving donations, receiving money from advertising on the site where the MOD is posted for download.
The USER cannot directly sell the MOD and its variants, modpacks with this mod (modified versions of Minecraft), parts of the MOD, including textures, models and other content created by the OWNER without permission from the OWNER.
