For this to work you need the Origins Mod.
Versions 0.6.2 and -10 respectively, or higher are required.
As for datapack version beta.0.17.0 I can't say the required versions for sure, just use the newest possible.

Strengths:
- Elixer Crafting: with the right materials you can craft elixirs when you click on the left control button while you have a crafting table in your main hand
- Levitation Mist: gives a floating like effect to all entity's including you within a 15 block radius also your effects are nullified when this is done
- Alchemist Mist: allows you to shot an toxic cloud which heaves the movement speed of entity's and slow there attack speed
Weakness:
- Chemical Reaction: you take two times fire damage
- Mystical Mist: you can't use an elytra, bow or shield
- Elixers Only: you can't use any type of potions
- Mana Concentration: every time you are hit you lose a bit of your hunger
Installation Guide for Datapacks
Singleplayer
1. Go into the Singleplayer menu.
2. Select the world and press "edit"
3. Click on "Open World Folder".
4. Open the "datapacks" Folder.
5. Put the zip file in there.
6. Installation complete.
Multiplayer / Server
1. Open the world folder of the World that you want the datapack in.
2. Open the "datapacks" folder.
3. Put the zip file in there.
4. Restart the Server or type the command /reload in chat. (For this kind of datapack a restart is required)
5. Installation complete.
