This mod focuses primarily on adding two main objects (for now): the smithing upgrade, the smithing downgrade, the upgrade node, and the downgrade node.
Blacksmithing upgrade template: With this, you can now improve tools and armor, for example, upgrading from gold to diamond, or from iron to gold, using an ingot of the desired material and the item of the original material: for example, a gold chest piece to become a diamond chest piece. And there's the blacksmithing upgrade template.
Blacksmithing degradation template: On the other hand... this works in reverse to the upgrade method; it can downgrade an item to a later version using the Blacksmith Degradation Template, the ingot of the material required for downgrading, and the item that has not yet been downgraded. For example: Upgrading a gold chest piece to an iron chest piece requires the gold chest piece, the iron ingot, and the Blacksmith Degradation Template to perform the downgrade.
Upgrade Node: It works the same as the smithing upgrade, but has a cheaper recipe, and can upgrade items like (gold, iron, copper, and diamond). The diamond to netherite upgrade is the last one; however, since the smithing upgrade requires an ingot, the node works with the nugget of the material you want to upgrade. That's why I added netherite, copper, and diamond nuggets.
Degradation Node: It has the same mechanics as the Blacksmith Degradation Template, but it also requires nuggets to be able to perform material degradations.
I want to clarify that I plan to add more content soon, but for now, I've left it here.
