Override ingame weather control with datapack, no thunderstorm, customable: time between Clear and Rain

Description

Note:

Known issue in 26.5.0: The realtime calcualtion to tick is not correct.

 

Main description:

 

This datapack replace the control from Minecraft weather cycle. In this Version weather cycle only between Clear and Rain. Maybe thunder is upcomming in other versions

It is possible to change the timing settings ingame, without programming experience in Minecraft datapacks. The commands for that, are in the end of this description. The duration for clear and raining is a random value between two values.

To initialize: 

Check Datapack is loaded and enabled

Command : /datapack list

Then you should see in the chat "File/Weather_Control_26_5_0.zip" in green brackets 

 

Next step: Initialization

/function weather-control:w_c___init_weather

 

This command initialize the datapack function. After this, all runs automaticly

Dialogwindow for Setting
/function weather-control:w_c___settings
Here you can see all values for min and max, and you can set the values direct here in this dialog
 

One day (Day and Night) in Minecraft has 20 minutes or 24000 Ticks. The Datapack use Ticks. One Ingame hours are 1000 Ticks.
