makes early game tools impossible to craft, anything that breaks stone must be made from something harder than stone, anything that breaks wood must be harder than wood, removes stone swords because they're impractical. highly reccomended to be used with copper tools mods as well as geolosys and any mod that allows furnaces to be crafted from sandstone in order to make early game brutal but bearable.
