More Apotheosis Recipes

I added recipes I thought Apotheosis and Apotheotic Additions needed, I also added a recipe for the Esoteric Reforging Table from the Esoteric Reforging mod. Also, the difference between most of my recipes and all of Apothic Materials's recipes is that mine are shapeless while theirs are not (which is true as of writing this).

If this datapack gets more than 1000 downloads I will make it a mod so the recipes automatically work on all of your worlds. I will also consider any recipe suggestions in the comments. 1000 downloads would also encourage me to make some real mods.
