26.3.1.1.0: first public release, Minecraft 26.3

• Wax a hopper with honeycomb (right-click, not sneaking) and it moves a whole stack every 8 game ticks instead of one item. Unwax it with any axe.
• Recipe: a hopper and a honeycomb make a Waxed Hopper. It stays waxed when broken and placed again.
• Stacks move into and out of chests, trapped chests, copper chests, barrels, shulker boxes, droppers, dispensers, hoppers, furnaces, blast furnaces and smokers.
• Waxed hopper minecarts: wax one with honeycomb (sneaking is fine) or craft a hopper minecart and a honeycomb. A waxed cart pulls a whole stack from the container above it every 8 ticks, and a waxed hopper under a hopper or chest minecart unloads it a stack at a time.
• Waxed hoppers and waxed hopper minecarts drip a little honey now and then.
• Three advancements in the Husbandry tab: Wax On, Stack Off; Scraped Clean; Pre-Waxed.
• Speed setting #interval waxed_hoppers (default 8) and a per-tick work allowance #budget waxed_hoppers (default 1200).
• Uninstall: /function elkonia:waxed_hoppers/admin/uninstall.
