Complete Cobblemon Hacked Changes

Just a small data pack that changes Cobblemon pokemon types to correlate with my favorite rom hacks. Small changes are also given to their (and pre-evolutions') movepools to make the changes more viable.
What's new
I noticed my farigaraf forgot a couple of its best moves when it evolved, and realized they were part of girafarig's move list but not farigiraf's. Therefore, this datapack was crafted and targets farigiraf from generation nine. This datapack changes the giraffe pokemon to have a similar tm, egg, and tutor moves to girafarig.
