Complete Cobblemon Hacked Changes

Just a small data pack that changes Cobblemon pokemon types to correlate with my favorite rom hacks. Small changes are also given to their (and pre-evolutions') movepools to make the changes more viable.
What's new
Ninjask fix; it had the wrong type of quotation mark at one spot, which was keeping the Bug/Flying-type rather than the change to Bug/Dark-type. No new move-changes, though.
