Complete Cobblemon Hacked Changes

Just a small data pack that changes Cobblemon pokemon types to correlate with my favorite rom hacks. Small changes are also given to their (and pre-evolutions') movepools to make the changes more viable.
What's new
Minor fix. Still not sure what's up with cobbleverse, 'cause I got the generation2 folder to work with just cobblemon, but not cobbleverse
