Cobblemon Biome Expanded Spawns v6.2.5

Fixes

  • Removed the minecraft:pale_garden entry from the non-underground is_overworld and is_spooky biome tags. Pale Garden was added after Minecraft 1.21.1; these references caused both tags to fail loading on 1.21.1. Thanks to DarkSanity for the help
