🌍 Cobblemon Realms - Biome Expanded Spawns
Transform exploration into a true Pokémon adventure.
Cobblemon Realms - Biome Expanded Spawns is a large-scale spawn expansion datapack designed to make Pokémon feel naturally integrated into Minecraft's world.
Instead of relying on broad biome categories and repetitive spawn locations, the datapack introduces a much deeper spawning system built around biomes, environments, dimensions, structures, terrain features, blocks and special locations.
With 1,025 Pokémon spawn files, hundreds of biome and environment definitions, and dedicated structure-aware spawn logic, Pokémon can appear in places that actually fit their species.
Forests feel different from jungles. Mountains matter. Oceans have their own ecosystems. The Nether and End receive dedicated populations. Structures become meaningful places to explore.
And with Version 6.0, modded worlds receive the largest compatibility expansion the datapack has had so far.
Designed for Cobblemon 1.7+ Minecraft 1.21+ only

🌎 Built For Huge Modded Worlds
Biome Expanded Spawns goes far beyond vanilla Minecraft.
The datapack contains integrated biome and spawn support across many major world-generation and dimension mods, including:
🌿 Overworld & Biome Expansion
- Biomes O' Plenty
- Oh The Biomes We've Gone
- Oh The Biomes You'll Go
- Terralith
- Regions Unexplored
- Wythers
- Still Life
- Nature's Spirit
- Atmospheric
- Blooming Biosphere

- YUNG's Cave Biomes
🔥 Nether Expansion

🌌 End Expansion
- BetterEnd

🌀 Dimensions & Special Worlds
- The Aether
- The Bumblezone
- Deeper and Darker
- The Twilight Forest
- Stellaris
Version 6.0 greatly expands this system with new compatibility for environments such as Nature's Spirit biomes, BetterEnd ecosystems, Twilight Forest regions and Stellaris planets and space environments.
Different biome families are categorized by characteristics such as climate, vegetation, elevation, terrain, dimension and environmental features, allowing Pokémon to use much more specific spawn conditions.
🪐 Explore Beyond The Overworld
Biome Expanded Spawns is not limited to normal Minecraft terrain.
Dedicated spawn logic extends Pokémon populations into multiple dimensions and radically different environments.
Explore:
- 🌍 The Overworld
- 🔥 The Nether
- 🌌 The End
- ☁️ The Aether
- 🌑 The Otherside
- 🌲 The Twilight Forest
- 🐝 The Bumblezone
- 🪐 Stellaris planets, orbits and space environments
Pokémon populations are adapted to the identity of each environment rather than simply copying Overworld spawn tables between dimensions.
🏰 Structure-Based Encounters
Some Pokémon are tied not only to biomes, but also to the places you discover inside them.
Biome Expanded Spawns includes dedicated spawn logic for locations such as:
- Ancient Cities
- Strongholds
- Woodland Mansions
- Mansion rooms and interiors
- Ocean Monuments
- Ocean Ruins
- Ruined Portals
- Pillager Outposts
- Desert Pyramids
- Jungle Temples
- Trail Ruins
- End Cities
- Nether Fossils
- Nether Fortresses
- Bastion environments
- Deeper and Darker Ancient Temples
Compatibility is also included for several YUNG's Better Structure variants, allowing the same spawn logic to continue working when vanilla structures are replaced or expanded.
This makes structures more than landmarks. They can become actual destinations for finding specific Pokémon.
🌱 More Precise Spawn Logic
The datapack uses detailed environmental categories to distinguish between many different types of terrain.
Pokémon can be associated with environments such as:
- Forests and dense forests
- Jungles and tropical areas
- Taigas and cold forests
- Deserts and arid regions
- Badlands
- Savannas
- Wetlands and swamps
- Beaches and coastlines
- Rivers
- Oceans and frozen oceans
- Mountains, peaks and highlands
- Caves and underground environments
- Volcanic regions
- Floral and overgrown environments
- Mushroom biomes
- Snowy and freezing regions
- Nether fungal environments
- Soul Sand regions
- Basalt environments
- End crystal regions
- End forests and grasslands
- Space, planetary and orbital environments
Spawn conditions can also react to nearby terrain features, blocks, fluids, vegetation and structures.
The result is a much more granular ecosystem where exploring a new environment can genuinely change what Pokémon you encounter.
🎮 Made For Exploration
Biome Expanded Spawns is designed for both singleplayer worlds and multiplayer servers.
It works especially well in large modpacks where players have access to many biome mods, dimensions and world-generation systems.
Instead of having dozens of beautiful modded biomes with little reason to visit them, the datapack connects those environments directly to Pokémon exploration.
New biome.
New ecosystem.
New encounters.
That is the core philosophy behind Biome Expanded Spawns.
