Minecraft Librarians are very useful, but many argue that they are unbalanced. Especially since you can break and reroll lecterns to get your desired enchantment. This datapack addresses this issue by preventing Librarians from trading enchant books.
Important: This datapack requires VillagerConfig to work!

No matter how many times you reroll the lectern, the Librarian will never sell enchanted books as the first 2 trades. Trades afterwards will still sell enchanted books, but it is randomized.
Made for 1.21.1 but should work with other versions.
