Ambideer's Enchants

Changes:

• Rebalanced enchantments a little, made more enchantments found in the Enchantment Table.

Additions:

• Added Rift walker, a loot exclusive enchantment that allows the wearer to change dimensions. When walking while sneaking over a crying obsidian placed above a lodestone, you will transport to the nether. Doing the same with regular obsidian will take you back to the overworld.
• Added Raging, a sword enchantment that allows the user to enter a frenzy when taking damage. While raging, you'll do extra damage while using your sword with Raging.
