Fixes:

- Fixed Nether & End Lighting

- Fixed Fireworks/Other Particles

- Fixed Falling Lava in the Nether

- Fixed Enchant Glint

Added:

- Water & Lava "Fog"

- Smoother Day -> Night Lighting (and Vice Versa)

Notes:

- Turn off Clouds, They are still kind of buggy. If you want to leave them on, Opening the Inventory "fixes" them for me, however this is not on every system.

- V3 will likely be a complete rewrite of the code to be slightly more optimized, and have way less bugs. (Hopefully). This means it could be many months before another major update.

- Water & Lava "Fog" in reality is just turning everything into a color close-ish to the respective color of the liquid (blue or orange/red). Fog does not work with my current shadow system, and this is partly why V3 will be an overhaul of everything.
