This version also works with 1.17 Fabric.
This fixes the missing recipe for repairing a damaged anvil with an iron ingot to get a normal anvil.
Only the recipe for repairing it with an iron nugget to get a chipped anvil was active.
The recipe was ever since announced on the opening page but was then lost somehow.
