While holding the disc place it inside a jukebox to play the disc

Click on the jukebox to stop the music and get the record back.

When a Skeleton shoots a Creeper. The Creeper will drop a music disc

When the creeper is dead from the skeleton it will drop a vanilla disc or drop your custom disc!
