Powercraft V1.3 Changelogs

--Added Airships, a new way to travel around your world, can be customized
--Added various airship parts
--Added Concentrated coal and explosive fuel, they're used for fueling the ships

--Added a new class: The Steampunker

Balancing:
--The blue green and purple ultiums will now take damage upon use, when reaching 0 hp they cant be used.
--enchanting ultiums is now possible by using an ultium with either mending or unbreaking in your offhand
|_ ultiums can be repaired with mending, adding unbreaking onto them will also lower damage chance

Misc:
--Added a Blocknotes piano
--Added the functionality to add a minecart or a chest minecart to a boat by throwing its item on the boat itself

Powercraft Addons:
--Added a way to build onto powercraft with the powercraft addons template

Fixed alot of issuses from the initial v1.3 release
