Nuclear Oil Refining

-added methan synthesis with Ruthenium as Catalyst
-bergius process makes synthetic oil which gives more Oilgas and Naptha than normal
-fischer-tropsch process makes now synthetic oil which has no sulfur and gives more diesel and kerosene than normal also has no oil waste

-bergius and fischer-tropsch now make more synthetic oil than before

-added exhaust firing (exhaust+methan) to increase the high_pressure_steam you get from it
-increased the fuelfluid for turbines by 10x so the refining is energy positive
