Added 2 new Superpowers:

Doctor Light (Linda Park's Abilities, Daylight Camo is basically invisibility except you need to get off your armors in order to be invisible. Yes it's boring but I'm trying to keep it as accurate as in the Show, and I'll eventually come up with her Suit.)

The Mist (You can summon an Area Effect Cloud that has Blindness, Poison, Nausea, Weakness as its effects, it teleports to you except the Particles are a bit broken. But if you use your Photon Blast Ability somehow it fixes itself, apart from that you're also invisible in order to keep the realism and you're immune to the effects you provide. Note that Undead Mobs are immune to these effects as well so only Players, certain Monsters and Animals will be attacked by it !)

Added Extractor Recipes !

Yes, for those who want to play this Addon in Survival alone or in Multiplayer you can now access these Powers by crafting them. Since you can't normally get Molten Fluids, you now have to use TConstruct which is accompanied by Mantle. And you'll all set !

Fixes to the Speed Drugs, I forgot to change their Scoreboard Tags but now they're all temporary and will work safely !
