Added the Synthetic Speedforce

Added the Transfused Speedforce (Iris's Speedforce with less abilities)

Added Icespeed (Frost Powers + Velocity X)

Added Velocity 7, 9 and X (with the help of Yasuo)

Added the Phoelcon Tier 1 to 3 (Custom Suit)

Added Recipes for these three, and for 2 Flashsuits.

Still working on the others

Changed Zoom's Lightning Color/Flickers to be more accurate.
