Added 4 Superpowers

Blackout (Season 1 of the Flash, not that much of Abilities but still useful.)

Vibes (Cisco)

Breachers ! (Gyspy and Breacher, same Powers, different attributes and Vibe Blast Colors)

Reverb (Same thing, one Ability less)

 

Fix to The Flash Season 7 Suit Ring causing crashes, so I removed the ability anyway.

Changed Custom Names to their respective Suit Colors !
