A data pack that makes hostile mobs drop Bottles o' Enchanting when not killed by the player

To function correctly, this data pack requires Looter.

Hands Off Experience causes hostile mobs, that aren't killed by the player, to drop 1 Bottle o' Enchanting. This allows you to create fully AFK mob experience farms without the need for auto-clicker macros.
