It's a minor detail, but it really bugged me that Biomes o' Plenty Glowshrooms would mildly illuminate caves, but when placed into a Jar to create a Terrarium, they suddenly lost their glow. How upsetting to would be Alchemists is this?!
I had to make a quick fix for my own pack so I'm simply sharing the ZenScript for it. It's nothing difficult, but could save someone some time.

Simply drop the GlowingGlowshroomTerrarium.zs file into minecraft -> scripts and then load your game. Note that running the /mt reload command is fine, but will not update for existing placed Terrariums. Either break and replace, or back out the world to main menu and re-enter if you have many.
