- Fixed flame attack being able to work underwater

- Fixed fireball rain's fireballs getting stuck mid air

- Water's "Fire Fighter" attack can now damage blazes

- Cleaned up the code for max performance

 

This will probably be the last build for 1.13 because I'm starting to work on another pack that will come out soon!
