Control Panel Gives You Super Powers

Made monsters not pick stuff up in hard mode.
Higher chance for super phantoms to drop wings.
Higher chance for tanks to drop boss spawns.
Higher chance for armor to drop OP items and armor of protection.
Hardmode monsters don't attack eachother.(A fix for Cthulhu's minions attacking him.)
Added item combining. You can now combine tow OP swords or two Legendary swords.
Added hard mode dificulty control. You can now choose how hard you want hard mode to be.
Added item exchange.
