AdminCam - Spectator/FreeCam Datapack for Admins, Moderation and redstoners

THIS IS THE LAST UPDATE IN 1.17 !!!

Hello there !

In this update, a lot of stuff; it's also the first release and the only one for 1.17 because it will be too complicated to downgrade form 1.18 this datapack.

From now, all the tags and variables will not change in future update, so if you update your map in 1.18, you will be able to use the datapack in a future version without breaking anything, just adding more functionalities :)

Comming soon the wiki and a third-party kit to use AdminCam and configure it as an extention of your datapack.

Below adds and changes in this release; pay caution, the tag to use the datapack have been changed !

Add

- Settings menu in chat
- Nigth Vision for AdminCam (configurable)
- Night Vision for all spectators (configurable)
- Particles when the player activate/desactivate AdminCam mode (configurable)
- Action Bar message when player is in AdminCam mode (configurable)
- Shortcut to add/remove players who can use AdminCam
- Support commands (/trigger) for non-op players

Change
- check now for `admc_op` tag for using AdminCam
- OP players can no longer use AdminCam without this tag
