- Added whitelist.list permission to allow users to see who is on whitelist.
- CHANGED WHITELIST.PROPERTIES TO CONFIG.YML(REMOVE WHITELIST.PROPERTIES AND LET THE PLUGIN AUTOCREATE CONFIG.YML FOR YOU).
Whitelist.properties is no longer read. YOU MUST remove it and let the plugin autogenerate the config.yml
