TWEAK Chunk-based EXP nerfs are now toggleable per skill (thanks JustAHuman!)<br>
TWEAK You can now middle-click recipes and items in /val items to "prepare" them for exporting. Then, all you have to do is /val export <name> prepared, and all your prepared things are exported. Saves you from having to type each name individually.<br>
TWEAK Custom mining system is now disabled by default, since for many servers it's not worth the lag it potentially introduces

REMOVED All references to dual wielding (feature too jank, sorry to the folks that enjoyed it)
