UseExp4

Adds

• + Permissions
• + New Feature EXBank

This allows your Players to save their Exp on a sign and debit it from there if they need by simple right & leftclick

• + EXPets now own a new Fighting System

The spawned Pets now deals the Damage they got on Str attribut and have a 2% dogde rate per 1 def point.

Also the HP points are the same as your Pets HP.

Improvments

• renamed Delivery to EXHunt.
• redone the language packs, they should be nice now.
• Pets have now a max Level of 20.
• Pets levelup let it now just earn 2 Free Points instead of 5.

Fixes

• fixed a bug that players was not be payed if they complete a Mission.
• there will no more appear 0 Level Missions.
• fixed /heal group so it heals just players that are not more then 25 blocks away from healer;

Installation

1. Be sure u have delet the old UseExp4 config.yml (Thats importent becouse the new config is much bigger).
2. Put UseExp4 into your "plugins" folder and run your server.
