[Fixes]
- Fixed some minor bugs - Code is now a little bit more optimized
- Changed how active hours work, you can now specify exact hour, minute and second the portal opens; for example: 15:10:00
- Minor fixes in config
- Minor fixes in localization

[New features]
- Now after disabling a world, player is teleported to the portal where he originally entered the dimension

- /timeportals disable <world> now disables portal completely.
To enable it back, you have to use /timeportals force enable <world>. It can be also changed in the config.
