Uploaded SuperSmelter 2.1.

There was another bug found with interaction with out items (fixed).

Added Give Command so mods can give SuperSmelters.

Added optional Frame Shops using a Vault Supported Economy.

Some new permissions for giving, buying, and selling SuperSmelters.

And some new item prices added to the config.yml.
