Staff-1.7.10

Works on version 1.7.10 (The version a lot of Modpacks's run)

Permissions:

• staff.*: Gives permission to all of the Staff plugins commands.
• staff.add: Permission to add staff to list.
• staff.reload: Permission to reload the plugin.
• staff.help: Permission to use the help command.
• staff.info: Permission to use the info command.
• staff.staff: Permission to view the staff.
