When you're not playing /spec on gets you a teleporter and flight. You're invisible to players alive and you can't do damage.

- Fixed errors when disabling and enabling spectator mode
- Fixed not changing gamemode back to survival from adventure on quit
- You can now use /spec <on/off> <player> from the console!
I found a few bugs while testing with WorldGuard. Please don't use the WorldGuard game-mode flag in your arenas, unless you set it to adventure.
