When you're not playing /spec on gets you a teleporter and flight. You're invisible to players alive and you can't do damage.
Set a lobby location to teleport spectators to for this arena
The command to create an arena: /spec arena add <name>>, in this case /spec arena add SG3.
In this example I have been telported to pgmann after selecting that name in the compass gui.
Enable minigames mode by doing /spec mode arena.

I selected point 2. The arena is now set up. Hooray!
SpectatorPlus tells you to hit a block in a corner of the arena. Any corner.
