Opped Players are getting the tag of the God in-game! Non-Opped Players are getting the tag of the Gladiator in-game! You are not have to type a command to start the game! The game never stops! When a player joins he is getting his armor and a sword and he begin to battle!
ADVISES
For a better GamePlay use the command /gameRule keepInventory true to make players not to lose their items in death!
