SimplyVanish 1.2.2 [1.6.2]

Just re compiled with 1.6.2.

Note: SimplyVanish makes use of fully asynchronous chat, if all other plugins do that too, you will have a smoother chat experience, especially for bigger servers.

Simply put it into the plugins folder and reload or restart the server - default configuration will be created. If you already have a configuration, new default settings will be added automatically.

* I had trouble getting "real-peek" to work, probably i just screwed the permissions setup, will look into it later...
