SimplyVanish 1.2.0 [1.4]

Just re compile with 1.4.5, minimal changes of preparatory nature.

Note: SimplyVanish makes use of fully asynchronous chat, if all other plugins do that too, you will have a smoother chat experience, especially for bigger servers.

Simply put it into the plugins folder and reload or restart the server - default configuration will be created. If you already have a configuration, new default settings will be added automatically.
