SimpleTowns v2.0

• Initial API release - Added custom events that other plugins can listen to and act on and/or cancel.
• Lots of internal changes
• Fixed not being able to rename towns to the same name but a different case. Previously, "/town rename example Example" would not complete.

• Player names are now checked for validity on town creation and addition of players to a town
