Added /SAbroadcast which allows you to broadcast a message using your set prefix!
/SAtime /SAremove and /SAprefix now work! Sorry about that... I added some stuff and just did not test it
Changed some colors in the commands
/SAreload now appears in /SAhelp
You can see the prefix in /SAlist
