Small plugin that gets the real time from the computer the server runs on and sets the time in game

Added "time toggle" command to toggle the plugin

Removed Deprecated Method in place of a newer one (for future stability). Added a Version Checker to make sure you are using the most up to date version of the plugin.
Does not take in to account the tilt of the earth. Thus sunrise/sunset may come early or late. Currently not working on a fix.
