Added "time toggle" command to toggle the plugin

Removed Deprecated Method in place of a newer one (for future stability). Added a Version Checker to make sure you are using the most up to date version of the plugin.

Does not take in to account the tilt of the earth. Thus sunrise/sunset may come early or late. Currently not working on a fix.
